Policy
MyChauff LLC maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the use of alcohol and drugs by drivers while operating vehicles. Our commitment to passenger safety is absolute; any driver found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate removal from service without exception.
Reporting Concerns
Passenger safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you have concerns regarding a driver's conduct or suspect a violation of our Zero Tolerance Policy, please report it immediately through our administration office.

To report a complaint regarding transportation-for-hire services, please contact the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1.
